Three teams have already qualified for the Cook Inlet Conference baseball playoffs.

We'll find out the fourth and final team Saturday.

We will also find out Saturday which team will earn the No. 1 seed.

The South Wolverines, West Eagles and Dimond Lynx have clinched playoff berths.

South [6-0] and West [5-1] will play for the No. 1 seed Saturday at 4 p.m. Catch the action on the radio on ASBN with Kelly Thompson at AM-590.

Dimond [4-2] has also secured a spot.

The fourth and final playoff berth will come down to Saturday's 7 p.m. nightcap between the Eagle River Wolves and Service Cougars.

Head-to-head results break all ties.

The top four teams after seven games make up the Cook Inlet Conference playoffs. Those four teams each play each other once with the records carrying over.

The playoffs run Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Mulcahy Stadium.

The top two teams after the CIC playoff pool play advance to the ASAA/First National Bank Alaska state tournament, which is at Moller Field in Sitka this year the first weekend in June.
