University of Dallas starting third baseman Trevor Allred of Anchorage drove in his 65th career RBI today in a 10-2 loss to Trinity in Texas.

He finished the game 2 for 3 and plated a run with a single in the third inning.

Allred, of South Post 4 fame, has played in 134 career games.

In 2011, he hit .315. Last year he had a career-best 26 RBIs.

At College of the Desert, starting first baseman Cory Clevenger of Anchorage continues to swing a hot stick in California.

The former Dimond Post 21 star has the seventh-most hits [32] in the conference and is batting a lofty .386 in 22 games.

Clevenger went 1 for 2 with a pair of walks in today’s 5-4 win over Barstow in 12 innings.

Proving to be a team player, he gave up himself with a sacrifice bunt after the leadoff man singled. Three batters later, his team celebrated a walk-off win.
